💅 Mollycoddle Studios – Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments & Deposits

A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your slot. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment.

Appointments are confirmed only once your deposit has been received, should one be required.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the full appointment cost being charged.

If you are unwell or unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, - please make an effort to contact your nail technician direcrly, if this is not an option please message your individual technician

Please refrain from calling as we are a small studio it’s possible we are busy with other guests and will not be able to answer, however we will get back to you as soon as possible.

“No-shows” (failing to attend without contact) will be charged in full and may result in future bookings being refused.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment and avoid arriving too early, our studio is small and we may not have space for you to sit while you wait.

If you are late, we may not be able to complete your full service, and the full charge will still apply.

If lateness disrupts the next client’s appointment, we reserve the right to refuse service.

4. Payments

Payments are taken securely at the end of your appointment, we do accept card payments.

Gift vouchers, offers, or loyalty discounts must be presented at the time payment, vouchers cannot be applied retrospectively, photos of physical vouchers will not be accepted.

5. Refunds & Redo Policy

We do not offer cash refunds for services.

If you experience an issue with your nails within 7 days of your appointment, please contact us promptly.

We will assess the concern and, if appropriate, offer a complimentary repair or removal.

Refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.

6. Health & Safety

Please inform your technician of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment would be unsafe or unsuitable.

Clients must arrive with clean hands and no open cuts, infections, or contagious conditions.

7. Personal Conduct

We maintain a calm, respectful, and inclusive environment for all clients and staff.

Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of future bookings.

8. Children & Guests

To ensure safety and focus, we ask that only clients receiving treatments attend appointments and we ask that children are not in attendance unless agreed in advance.

9. Privacy & Data

Your personal details and contact information are stored securely and used only for appointment management and salon updates.

We will never share your information with third parties without your consent.
